Port Royal- Adams, TN

This past Sunday we decided to go on a short drive and visit a local state park. It is called Port Royal, and although pretty is less than exciting. There is a foundation from one of the buisinesses that was present in the early 1800s and you can walk down the "Main Street" from that time and across a beautiful bridge. Unfortunately, it is a bridge to nowhere! Seriously, you walk across the bridge and then the road stops, unless you want to go walking through a private corn field. LOL

We did get some good pics though and it was nice to wander. The pics are from my cell phone, since I left my camera on the table. Matt has some on his also, so maybe I will be able to get them and add them later.
Will was a little giddy to be outside. :)

Pretty bridge with a very handsome Matt. :)
View from the bridge down the Red River. (Matt has kayaked down this river)

I'm not sure what this building is, but I thought it was pretty so I snapped a picture from the car as we were leaving. :)
Well those are from our short trip away. Hopefully we will make it to some more places before we move. Whenever that will be! :)
